Hola from Menorca, Spain! Graham and I flew to Andalucia 10 days ago to begin advanced teacher training at Suryalila with Tiffany Cruikshank and Yoga Medicine. A wonderful and humbling experience to say the least, we both learned a lot about Traditional Chinese Medicine and myofascial release techniques, and how to apply both to a yoga practice and sequencing. As you can see, Seva Yoga Studios is happening and we are so excited (and terrified) to bring a different vision of yoga to Fort Smith! The intention for the studio is to create a clean space of solace and beauty, with state-of-the-art radiant heat, plenty of complimentary amenities, and a wide variety of classes and yoga styles to suit all types. But mostly, Seva means "selfless service" and we intend to honor that by offering free therapeutic classes and donation-based community classes so those who truly need the healing qualities of the practice but may not be able to afford a studio membership. We all deserve to experience the magic of yoga.

We're so grateful to share this vision with some incredibly talented teachers, each with their own personality, teaching style, and gifts. They bless me with their talent and I love each one of them.
